About the job
As a field interviewer, you will independently travel around Utrecht and the surrounding area. You visit people at home who have been invited for a CBS survey. Often, these people have not yet responded. You know how to motivate them in a respectful way to participate. You work flexibly, between 16 and 24 hours per week. The freedom to create your own schedule makes this job extra attractive. On an average workday, you make unannounced visits to addresses. You conduct conversations and persuade people to participate in the survey. If someone is not home, you can easily return another time. You plan your routes yourself and record your visits digitally. You work mostly independently, but you can always consult with colleagues or your contact person. Are you social, a good listener, and enjoy interacting with people? What Timing offers
• Salary between €17.76 and €19.01 per hour; • Part-time employment (16-24 hours per week); • Flexible working hours, a lot of freedom in your schedule; • Travel allowance of €0.37 per kilometer (travel time also counts); • Home office allowance of €2.45 per day; • 5% irregularity allowance; • Irregular service allowance of €11.54 per week; • 8% holiday pay and 8.5% year-end bonus; • Work independently in your own region; • Work for a socially relevant organization; • Possibility to combine work with study or another job; • Good guidance and training program; • Modern digital tools.
Requirements
• Minimum MBO 4 work and thinking level; • Good digital skills (tablets, apps, reports); • Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written; • You have a driver's license and a car; • Available for 16-24 hours per week; • Flexibly available between 9:00 and 21:00 (Monday to Friday); • Willing to work at least 3 evenings per week; • You can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG); • Strong communication skills; • You enjoy working independently; • You are empathetic, patient, and discreet.
