What exactly will you do

As a commercial economics intern at Unique, you will have the opportunity to apply and further develop your communication and organizational skills. You will play an active role in the recruitment process and help find the right match between candidates and clients. You will work closely with an enthusiastic team and have the opportunity to learn, grow and make an impact. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience, build a professional network and prepare yourself for your future career.

What you will do:

• Conduct intake interviews: discover what motivates candidates and assess whether they are a good fit for our clients.
• Maintain relationships: stay in contact with candidates and clients to build lasting partnerships.
• Attend client visits: get a behind-the-scenes look at companies and contribute to strong client relationships.
• Support HR tasks: learn about the basics of HR and actively contribute to administrative processes.
• Complete an internship project: work on an assignment that aligns with your studies and our organization.

• You are enrolled in an MBO or HBO program.
• You are sociable, proactive, and have a hands-on attitude.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
