As a Contact Center Agent at Fonky, you are indispensable to the organization. From our head office in Utrecht or the Contact Center in Nijmegen, you will work for both Fonky and KPN. This is an ideal part-time job that allows you to earn extra money alongside your studies for a minimum of 12 flexible hours per week. You choose your own working days; we are only closed on Sundays.
Progress from Agent to Professional within 3 months and earn an average of €200,- per day!

You are the main point of contact for the well-known KPN. From our call center, you contact this organization's (warm) customers with suitable offers. For example, you may offer products and service calls. Customers can also come to you with questions. Together, we ensure an even better customer experience.

We want to keep growing continuously, and as a Contact Center Agent, you are an important link in our customer service within the recruitment process. In this part-time job, you are responsible for following up with new potential colleagues.
