Are you looking for a challenging role as a Customer Service Representative in Utrecht? In this position, you work 24 to 32 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days. You start with a 1.5-week training period at the office, after which you can partially work from home. You answer customer inquiries via phone and email and always seek the best solution. You actively think along with customers and colleagues. Your day starts between 7:00 and 9:30, depending on your preference. You process customer inquiries, adjust customer data, and keep the administration neatly organized. Additionally, you prepare reports and relay relevant information back to customers. Together with colleagues and other departments, you work on quick solutions. During peak periods, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview. You identify trends and make improvement proposals to your team lead. You contribute to a pleasant workplace and build sustainable customer relationships.
