As a Customer Service Employee in Utrecht, you work 24 to 32 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days. This temporary position lasts about 4 weeks, so it's important that you can switch quickly and work independently. You start with a short training period at the office, after which you work fully on location in Utrecht. Working from home is not possible in this role. You answer customer inquiries via phone and email and always look for the best solution. You process customer data, keep the administration tidy, and relay relevant information back to customers. Your workday starts between 7:00 and 9:30, depending on your schedule. You collaborate with colleagues and other departments to find answers quickly. During busy periods, you maintain an overview and continue to work customer-oriented. You enjoy helping customers, work accurately, and can quickly integrate independently within the team.
