Hospitality Account Manager

What exactly will you do

As a hospitality account manager, you will contribute to the success of our restaurant partners by guiding them through joining our platform. You will be the face of our organization during visits to restaurants that have already shown interest. With your social and communication skills, you will ensure a positive start and build lasting partnerships. In addition, you will work independently and in a structured manner to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What you will do:

• Visiting: visit restaurants on location to guide them through joining;
• Explaining: clearly explain our platform and how it can help them grow;
• Guiding: support new partners in successfully going live on our platform;
• Checking: ensure that all data is entered correctly and completely;
• Maintaining: ensure a positive start and good cooperation with new partners.

We are looking for an independent and communicatively strong account manager who enjoys being on the road and helping restaurants grow.

We are also looking for someone with:

• At least MBO 4 working and thinking level.
• Experience with customer contact and relationship management.
• Excellent social and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• A category B driving licence and own transport.
