What you will do
As an Inside Sales Representative in Nieuwegein, you will be responsible for advising and supporting customers in the construction and industrial sectors. You answer questions about products, prices and delivery times, prepare quotations, actively follow up on them, and process incoming orders.
You also help customers in the showroom make the best choice and ensure that the ordering process runs smoothly. You contact customers when turnover falls behind and try to capitalize on commercial opportunities together. You work closely with colleagues in the field sales team and other departments.
