Your tasks as an Afternoon Courier DHL Utrecht:
- Route preparation: You report to the location in Utrecht, load your van carefully, check the shipments, and view your route so you can drive as efficiently as possible.
- Delivery and collection: You deliver and collect packages from companies and individuals, ensuring neat handling and correct registration in the scanner.
- Customer contact: You answer questions, explain shipments, and ensure a friendly, professional impression, so customers experience DHL as reliable.
- Cooperation with colleagues: You coordinate details with your team and planning, help where necessary with loading or unloading, and ensure together that all shipments hit the road on time.
- Safe and careful work: You drive according to traffic rules, follow DHL's safety guidelines, handle packages neatly, and can provide a VOG (Certificate of Conduct) to guarantee the trust of customers and colleagues.
