What are you going to do?

Do you want to earn some extra money during the summer months? Then you can work as a holiday worker in landscaping! As a landscaping employee, you will be responsible for maintaining green spaces. The flowerbeds, parks, and green strips will be maintained by you and your colleagues. You will work together in a small team and engage in the following activities:

• Leaf blowing;
• Planting;
• Weeding;
• Pruning.

As a holiday worker, you are preferably available for several consecutive weeks for a minimum of 32 hours a week. You are available during your holidays, in the period between the months of May and August. The working hours are from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. It would be nice if you hold a category B driver's license. Working in landscaping is suitable for both men and women.

What do we ask?

• Experience in landscaping is not required;
• Resident in the Utrecht region;
• Since you will be very active physically, you are, for example, strong enough to lift heavy branches;
• Flexible and motivated attitude;
• Available at least 4 days per week;
• Available in the months of May, June, July, and August for at least 3 consecutive weeks;
• Preferably in possession of a category B driver's license.

What do we offer?

• Salary of at least €2,600 - €2,740 per month, based on adult wage and a 40-hour work week;
• Temporary travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer;
• Your wages paid weekly into your account;

Where will you work?

Your new employer is engaged in green maintenance and outdoor design for the municipality of Utrecht, such as parks, flowerbeds, and all other greenery. This is maintained daily by a team of motivated people, of which you as a landscaping employee will become a part.
