Looking for an internship where you learn to make a direct social impact with your communication skills? Then this internship in the Corporate Communication team at Hai (Hutten Albron Impactmakers) is really something for you.
About us: Working at Hai means being involved in food, drink, hospitality, sustainability, and social entrepreneurship every day. We are a steward-owned organization: half of our profits go to initiatives making social and sustainable impact via the Hai Foundation.
The role: Your internship will be a diverse, challenging time in an experienced team of five colleagues. You will write and create inspiring texts, social posts, video scripts, and more. You will also think strategically about how to make our brand more visible and keep our 7,200 colleagues engaged.
What you will do:
- Launch (online) campaigns and projects for Hai
- Contribute to the further development of the Hai brand
- Strengthen the internal community of 7,200 colleagues with inspiring content (newsletters, internal app, etc.)
- Collect and share stories through interviews and/or video
- Public Relations (PR)
What we ask of you:
- An enthusiastic, entrepreneurial attitude and a willingness to develop
- Currently pursuing an HBO bachelor's degree (3rd or 4th year, graduation students welcome!) in Communication or Marketing
- An internship period of at least 20 weeks, working 3 or 4 days per week
- Ability to start around September 2026
- Strong communication skills with a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- Structured working style with good planning and organizing skills
What we offer:
- An internship allowance of at least €600 gross per month for a 38-hour work week. If the internship lasts longer than 6 months, the allowance is €750 gross per month
