Sales Assistant Safety Shoes

As a Sales Assistant for safety shoes, you contribute to the comfort and performance of military personnel who must rely on their equipment daily. In our shop-in-shop at Kamp Soesterberg, you combine personal advice with innovative technologies, such as 3D foot scanning, to provide military personnel with perfectly fitting combat boots. You will work in a small and close-knit team of 10 colleagues, where your service-oriented approach and eye for detail make the difference.

What you will do as a Sales Assistant Safety Shoes:

• Advising: guiding military personnel in choosing the right combat boots and socks.
• Performing 3D foot scans: translating data into appropriate and personal advice.
• Giving instructions: providing clear explanations on the use and maintenance of the boots.
• Processing administration: accurately recording customer data and orders.
• Collaborating: contributing to a positive working atmosphere within a small and independent team.

• Salary between €2750 and €3000 gross per month.

We are looking for a service-oriented and accurate Sales Assistant for safety shoes who enjoys working in a team and has an eye for detail.

• Minimum MBO-3 working and thinking level.
• Available for 24-40 hours per week on location.
• Own transport to reach Kamp Soesterberg.
• Willingness to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
• Communicative and customer-friendly in advisory conversations.
