Part-time Care Assistant with ADL Experience

What will you do?

In daily guidance you work together with colleagues, informal caregivers, and volunteers, who all have the same goal in mind. You have a varied job because your package of tasks consists of:

• ADL support: helping with general daily life activities such as washing, dressing and undressing, using the toilet, helping in and out of bed.
• Guidance of residents: Walking with residents, playing games, and participating in social activities if there is time and space.
• Household tasks: Cleaning rooms and common areas, making beds, refilling products. You ensure that the living environment of the residents looks cared for.
• Food and drink: Helping with meal preparation, such as serving and clearing meals, making breakfast.
• Identifying and reporting: Being alert to changes in the health and well-being of residents and reporting this to the responsible healthcare providers.

What we offer:

• Salary: Your salary is in accordance with the VVT collective labor agreement, €15.90 per hour (FWG 20).
• Extras that make you happy: Travel allowance of €0.23 per km - regardless of where you come from. Pension scheme - so you are also well off later.
