What will you do?
In daily guidance you work together with colleagues, informal caregivers, and volunteers, who all have the same goal in mind. You have a varied job because your package of tasks consists of:
- ADL support: helping with general daily life activities such as washing, dressing and undressing, using the toilet, helping in and out of bed.
- Guidance of residents: Walking with residents, playing games, and participating in social activities if there is time and space.
- Household tasks: Cleaning rooms and common areas, making beds, refilling products. You ensure that the living environment of the residents looks cared for.
- Food and drink: Helping with meal preparation, such as serving and clearing meals, making breakfast.
- Identifying and reporting: Being alert to changes in the health and well-being of residents and reporting this to the responsible healthcare providers.

- Salary: Your salary is in accordance with the VVT collective labor agreement, €15.90 per hour (FWG 20).
