Your workplace: You will work in our production kitchen in IJsselstein, the place where our culinary dreams become reality. Easily accessible by car and public transport, with parking options nearby. There is atmosphere, passion, and a constant drive to surprise here. In the kitchen, you taste ambition: no standard, but culinary craftsmanship with guts. Vermaat Events provides hospitality at various events and locations: from major sports events like the Grand Prix and the KLM Open to high-end dinners in the Rijks or the veterans days in the National Military Museum.

Your team: From the production kitchen, you work together with a close-knit team of chefs, production employees, and event colleagues. You reinforce each other and together set the tone for unforgettable experiences, both for guests and clients.

Your role: As an intern in our team, you work together with the office colleagues and support the account managers where necessary. As soon as the phone rings, you are the person who answers it. In addition, you will work on various quotation requests. Switching with the kitchen for the culinary interpretation of a walking dinner, congresses, and trade fairs, and looking for the best DJ to make the company party even cooler, or sparring with planning for the most beautiful decoration of the dinner buffet. You don't turn your hand away from it.

Your ingredients:

• A challenging internship for 32 to 40 hours per week.
• You are following an HBO education in Hotel Management, Commercial Economics, or a similar study.
• You are a go-getter with commercial insight.
• You get the opportunity to gain experience and develop your qualities.
