What you’ll be doing

As a senior sales assistant at Trekpleister, you run your store together with your store manager. Together with the team, you strive for 100% satisfied customers. Because when the customer is happy, so are you! And if your store manager happens to be away? You take the helm and know exactly what to do to make it a successful day. You laugh with your colleagues as you walk through the store together to check that everything is under control. As a co-manager, you motivate and encourage your colleagues to get the best out of themselves every day and to feel like a true part of the team. Besides managing, you also work on the shop floor: you replenish stock, unload deliveries and provide friendly, expert advice about our health and beauty products. And if another checkout is needed? No problem, you keep an eye on everything and jump in straight away. This way, together with your team, you ensure that customers leave the store with a big smile.

This is you

• You have at least an MBO-level working and thinking level.
• You have at least one year of experience as a manager in retail or hospitality, preferably in a busy environment where you are always on the go.
• You are sociable and communicate well.
• You know better than anyone how best to help and advise customers.
• You would like to obtain the recognized Assistent Drogist and/or Vakdiploma Drogist diploma (we pay!).
