Part-time Credit Assistant at ABN AMRO

What exactly will you do BN AMRO Asset Based Finance helps businesses grow with financing solutions in the areas of Leasing and Commercial Finance. Within the Credit Risk team, credit analysts assess financing applications and the associated risks. You ensure that they have the right information to do so and that every application moves smoothly through the process.

What will you do?
You keep an overview of the financing applications. You check the information provided, process applications in the systems and monitor which actions are still outstanding. Is something missing or is information unclear? Then you do not simply wait until someone happens to discover it, but contact them yourself and ask further questions.

Specifically, your responsibilities include:

• checking whether submitted documents are complete and correct;
• entering and administratively processing financing applications;
• monitoring and actively following up on progress;
• liaising with colleagues in Sales and Credit Risk Management;
• processing and managing data in internal credit systems;
• preparing overviews and reports based on the available data;
• working with, among other tools, Excel and Power BI;
• participating in chain meetings about the planning of the credit process;
• identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas for process improvements.

• Salary from €19,00 to €21,50 gross per hour.
  • In addition, you receive an 11% flex budget and 8% holiday allowance on top of your salary, which you can have paid out weekly!

Job requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn professional with an affinity for financial services and process optimization.

• HBO/WO-level education and thinking skills.
• Experience with or affinity for financial systems.
• Strong analytical skills and a critical eye for the information provided.
• Flexible and able to switch effectively between tasks.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• You are critical of the information you receive.
• You take initiative and can work independently.
• You have an affinity for data and administrative processes.
