Your duties in this healthcare side job:

• Identity checks:

  You carefully check visitors' identity documents, enter the data correctly, and ensure everything complies with GDPR guidelines.

• Vaccination registration:

  You process vaccinations accurately in CoronIT and ensure that visitors receive their vaccination certificate immediately and correctly.

• Administrative processing:

  You monitor the accuracy and completeness of records, so that colleagues in healthcare can always rely on the correct information.

• Reception and hospitality:

  You welcome visitors, check their documents, and put them at ease, even when it is busy.

• Guiding visitors:

  You guide people through the vaccination center, provide clear explanations, and answer questions, so that everyone knows what to expect.

What we offer €15,41 gross per hour
Work with impact: contribute to the health of the Netherlands
Part-time: 8 hours per week, up to a maximum of 16 hours
Travel expense reimbursement: €0,19 per kilometer
Extras: 8,33% holiday pay and allowances where applicable
Flexible payment: choose weekly or four-weekly payment yourself
We pay for your VOG application!

What we ask of you

You are a caring admin host who works accurately, enjoys helping people, and smoothly switches between the reception desk and administration.

• Experience in an administrative or hospitality role
• Strong communication skills, friendly and service-oriented towards visitors
• Available on Mondays and Thursdays, 8 hours per week
• Temporary job from September through November, no holidays planned
• Willing to travel to Alphen aan den Rijn and Gouda
