Become a production employee (on-call or part-time) in Woerden. You will work in a 2-shift schedule by mutual agreement and receive a 10% allowance on top of your salary!About the work
You will join a friendly, informal organization where various cheese creations are produced. The facilities in the brand-new building are all very modern. When you work here, you will be flexibly assigned to 11 different production lines. A different product comes off the line at each one. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a smooth process, with an eye for a high-quality product. For example, you check whether the seal is straight, the sticker is easy to read, and there is enough stock for the production line. Some lines produce heavier or lighter products than others.
Your tasks may include placing cheeses in the machines, stacking bags or trays containing cheese in crates or boxes, or walking around the machines to replenish packaging materials, stickers, or crates so that the machine can keep running.
Every Friday morning, we receive a schedule with gaps, in other words, on-call shifts. Every Wednesday, we ask about your availability and use this information to fill in the schedule on Friday. This allows you to indicate flexibly each week which days or shifts you want to work. Perfect to combine with studying, a course, your own business, babysitting days, or during your gap year! Half shifts are not an option: you can work Monday through Friday from 05.45 to 14.00 or from 13.45 to 22.00, meaning seven hours of work with a one-hour break. During busy periods, the schedule may switch to a three-shift schedule, but if you do not indicate availability for this, you will of course not be scheduled for it.
