Your duties as an intern at ASA Utrecht:
- Recruitment and selection:
You actively search for students and young professionals, assess CVs and motivation, and determine who is a good fit for our vacancies, so clients can quickly speak to the right candidates.
- Vacancy management:
You write clear, attractive job descriptions, publish them online and keep them up to date, so candidates know exactly what a job entails.
- Candidate interviews:
You schedule intake and job interviews, prepare for them and conduct them together with colleagues, to properly assess what someone can do and is looking for.
- Administration:
You update files, process contracts and register sickness notifications, so everything is legally and administratively in good order.
- Candidate journey:
You contribute ideas for a smooth and friendly experience for candidates and clients, for example by email, phone and WhatsApp, so everyone feels heard and helped.

- You are an HBO student studying Communication, Business Administration, HRM or Psychology.
- You are available 32-40 hours per week for a work placement internship.
- You have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- You are independent, accurate and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
