What you'll do

As a senior sales assistant at Trekpleister, you run your store together with your store manager. Together with the team, you all strive for 100% satisfied customers. Because when the customer is happy, you are too! And if your store manager is away one day, you take over and know exactly what to do to make it a successful day. You laugh with your colleagues as you walk through the store together to check that everything is under control. As a co-supervisor, you motivate and encourage your colleagues to get the best out of themselves every day and to feel like a genuine part of the team. In addition to supervising, you work on the shop floor: you replenish the stock, unload deliveries and provide friendly, expert advice about our health and beauty products. And if another checkout is needed? No problem, you keep an eye on everything and jump in immediately. This is how you and your team make sure customers leave the store with a broad smile.

This is who you are

• You have at least an mbo working and thinking level.
• You have at least one year of experience as a supervisor in retail or hospitality, preferably in a busy environment where you are always on the go.
• You are sociable and communicate well.
• You know better than anyone how best to help and advise customers.
• You would like to obtain the recognised diploma Assistent Drogist and/or Vakdiploma Drogist (we pay!).
