You guide employees during their reintegration process, focusing on sustainable and practical solutions that truly work. In this role, you are responsible for reintegrating incapacitated flex and payroll employees. You offer customized programs where personal guidance, coaching, and finding suitable workplaces are central. This also includes a commercial aspect: you are actively involved in finding and creating suitable reintegration positions with (new) clients. This way, you provide value not only for the employee but also for the organization. As a Reintegration Coach, you have a versatile role with a wide range of tasks. You actively engage with flex and payroll employees to explore their opportunities in the job market, matching their capacity and situation. You create tailor-made reintegration plans and execute them, considering both the employee and the costs and benefits. You actively seek suitable reintegration positions and build a network of partners to enable a sustainable return to work. You regularly coordinate with the Absence Case Manager and the branches about the progress of the reintegration programs. You ensure that employees can return to work as soon as possible, focusing on a paid job and sustainable employability.

Requirements
• We are looking for a Reintegration Coach who is not only strong organizationally but also excels in communication and truly empathizes with the employee; • You make a difference with your involvement, professional attitude, and personal approach to each program; • You have a higher professional education level of thinking and working; • You have at least 3 years of experience as an (in-house) consultant, preferably with a focus on reintegration and labor mobility; • You have knowledge of labor law and social security law; • You have experience with coaching and are skilled in guiding people during their reintegration process; • You are assertive, can prioritize well, and work proactively; • You have a driving license B and are willing to visit various branches in the region. Note: this position is for the North Holland and Utrecht region where you make a difference on location.
