Working Student Digital Sales (gap year, 32 hours)

Your job

As a Working Student Digital Sales, you support the Digital Sales team at Kenter Groendus. You help customers with their questions by phone and email, think along with them about their energy-related issues and ensure that they receive the right solution. At the same time, you develop your commercial skills and take on increasing responsibility within the sales process.

Your to-do list includes:

• Proactively calling customers who have not yet responded to an earlier offer or campaign;

• Supporting the account management team with contract renewals and commercial projects;

• Processing responses to email campaigns and service delivery processes;

• Preparing and sending offers for contract renewal campaigns;

• Answering customer questions by phone and email;

• Properly recording customer contacts, quotations and follow-up actions in the administration.

Your development

You start by supporting the daily Digital Sales activities, so that you become familiar with our customers, products and way of working. Over time, you take on more responsibility within the commercial process. You develop your skills in recognizing customer needs, identifying opportunities and advising on suitable energy solutions. This way, you gradually grow into a role in which you independently contribute to customer satisfaction and sales results.

Requirements: What you bring

• You are currently pursuing or have completed an hbo or wo degree

• You are familiar with Office365 and preferably Microsoft Dynamics/CRM as well.

• You enjoy working in a team, have strong communication skills and quickly spot commercial opportunities.

• You work independently and accurately.
